We are seeking an experienced and motivated mental health professional to lead our adult mental health team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering evidence-based therapies and wellbeing programs that support recovery and resilience for individuals experiencing moderate to high prevalence mental health conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate referrals and oversee engaging group programs that promote psychological wellbeing and healthy lifestyles.
- Facilitate and support therapies such as CBT and ACT for conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and psychosis.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and education to the next generation of mental health professionals.
- Partner with consumers and families using the Strengths Model to support individual recovery journeys.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and inter-agency collaboration.
This position requires Social Workers (Grade 3), Occupational Therapy (Grade 3) & Registered Nurse (Grade 4).
