We are seeking a skilled Philanthropy Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our mission to address poverty and drive lasting community change.

The successful candidate will contribute to growing our fundraising by:

  • Supporting strategic fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinating donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications.
  • Developing and managing community partnerships and fundraising activities.
  • Acting as CRM superuser, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements.
  • Overseeing donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics.
  • Ensuring compliance and contributing to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations.

Requirements include:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, or fundraising operations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM systems.
  • A collaborative and positive mindset, with a genuine commitment to supporting our mission.
