Your Role in Our Team

As a Fundraising Core Consultant, you'll work directly with our customers, leveraging your industry knowledge and product expertise. You'll manage customer transitions from sales to implementation, delivering training and go-live support.

You'll translate customer business processes and requirements, ensuring the solution meets their needs. Building customer relationships and demonstrating leadership will drive consensus and project-related decisions.

  • Implement fundraising and relationship management software
  • Guide customers through the software implementation lifecycle from mapping, system design, configuration, training, and go-live support
  • Deliver training to customers on how to effectively use the system
  • Translate customer business processes and requirements
  • Build customer relationships and demonstrate leadership

Experience & Skills

  • Experience with similar fundraising databases
  • Prior experience delivering consulting services and meeting utilisation targets
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with clients through a partner-based approach to project delivery
  • 5+ years' experience in implementing software
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven customer management skills and service orientation
  • Ability to travel, work independently, with strong time management and organisational skills
