Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator. As a Christian-based organisation, our mission is rooted in compassion, justice, and community.

  • Support strategic fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications.
  • Develop and manage community partnerships and fundraising activities.
  • Act as CRM superuser, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements.
  • Oversee donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics.
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, along with equivalent experience in a similar position. You should have hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, or fundraising operations, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
