**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement fundraising and relationship management software, focusing primarily on Raiser's Edge NXT and related tools, with opportunities to extend skills into other Blackbaud products.
  • Take customers on a journey through the software implementation lifecycle, from mapping, system design, configuration, training, and go-live support.
  • Deliver training to Blackbaud customers, ranging from system users to executives, on how to effectively use their systems.
  • Translate customers' business processes and requirements, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
  • Build customer relationships and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project-related decisions.
  • Actively promote Blackbaud services and software.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Extensive experience in implementing software (5+ years).
  • Experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge software or similar fundraising databases.
  • Ability to engage and satisfy customer needs across all aspects of software implementation and post-go live activities.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and in control of your own destiny.
  • Prior experience delivering consulting services and meeting utilisation targets.
  • An ability to engage and collaborate with clients through a partner-based approach to project delivery.
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven customer management skills and a service-oriented approach.
