Community Fundraising Coordinator

Make a real difference in heart health by working as a Community Fundraising Coordinator. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to drive fundraising success and support Australians in living healthier, longer lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with community fundraisers across Australia.
  • Drive income generation through supporter engagement and retention.
  • Deliver multi-channel communications including phone, email, SMS, video, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage accurate records and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
  • Contribute to fundraising campaign planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in relationship/account management and/or income generation.
  • Previous experience in community or corporate fundraising is highly regarded.
  • Confident and friendly phone mannerisms, comfortable with initiating and receiving phone calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine passion for helping supporters succeed.
