**About Us**

We are a leading hospitality provider with multiple beverage outlets, a Bistro, and Cafe services. Our large Club is situated on the waterfront at Ettalong Beach, overlooking Broken Bay and Lion Island. We offer stunning views, diverse entertainment options, a courtesy shuttle, tourism information, and more.

Our Club provides gorgeous accommodation through Mantra at Ettalong and delivers meals as part of our room service offering.

We are currently seeking **Casual Operations Attendants** to join our friendly team in various roles across different areas within the Club.

**Job Description:** You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that members and guests feel welcome and enjoy our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Work in our Bistro and Café
  • Provide bar services
  • Perform general duties to maintain a spotless venue
  • Assist in Reception, answering phones, using microphones, and welcoming guests
  • Work in gaming areas, providing excellent service
  • Support wedding and conferencing guests, offering tray service for drinks
  • Wipe over tables and chairs, push chairs in, and greet customers
  • Provide table service for event guests and undertake general waiting and service duties
  • Carry three plates (Catering)

**Requirements:** You will need:

  • Certificate II or III Hospitality Qualifications (preferred)
  • Experience in functions and conferencing (desirable)
  • Club operations experience (preferred), but we are willing to train you if you align with our vision and values
  • Barista Skills training will be highly regarded
  • Safe Food Handling/Food Safety Accreditation (preferred)
  • RSA NSW Competency Card and RCG NSW Competency Card are required
  • Previous customer service experience in food and beverage operations
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work unsupervised with a positive attitude and complete commitment to your role
  • Able to work well under pressure and get along with colleagues in a team environment
  • Flexibility in availability to meet operational demands, including weekend work, school holidays, and public holidays
