Lead Growth and Innovation

Our company seeks an experienced Growth Director to lead the development of our marketing strategy across various business units. This role offers significant autonomy, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 3-year growth roadmap to drive business expansion and brand awareness.
  • Built and lead high-performing teams across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Establish and maintain brand architecture to ensure consistency and cohesion across all brands.
  • Create and implement a content engine to produce high-quality content across multiple media platforms.
  • Design and optimize demand generation strategies to drive leads and conversions.

Requirements
