Transformation Expert Sought

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Expert to champion organisational change, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies that enhance patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies to drive digital innovation
  • Facilitate training programmes and support clinical teams through digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure successful system integration and adoption
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change through effective communication plans
  • Create and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure seamless implementation

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading organisational change, preferably in healthcare settings
  • Strong understanding of digital health systems and patient record management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
