Brand Manager Job Description

Talent Focus is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to drive market growth and boost brand equity in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and brand management, with experience in developing and executing brand strategies, managing product launches, and driving sales growth.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, collaborating with Sales and Customer Marketing, and driving growth, sales, market share, and brand contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual Brand Plans to drive performance and identify insights to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Boost sales and profitability through data-driven decisions, managing the Brand's P&L, including budgeting and SKU optimization.
  • Maintain the main website, ensuring product availability and executing integrated online and offline strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Manage the website and oversee product updates, coordinating with teams for necessary changes and market communication.
  • Control budget, boost SEO performance, and evaluate marketing interaction with the site and its users.
  • Solve cross-functional issues, drive process improvements, and ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
  • Computer literacy essential, with experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager/Junior Brand Manager.
  • Experience in OTC, Skincare, FMCG, or the Natural Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Financial management skills, including the ability to manage expense budgets with strong key performance indicator focus.
