Job Description:">

We are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to lead our facilities management team. As a maintenance manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our infrastructure.

This role involves overseeing the effective management, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of all assets and equipment within our portfolio. You will work closely with a skilled team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across multiple sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient infrastructure operations across a diverse portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies that support operational excellence across sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Tertiary Qualification: Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Services
  • Experience: Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within healthcare or hospital environments
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Computer Applications: Excellent written communication skills, with a strong understanding of computer applications
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
