Renewable Energy Asset Maintenance Specialist

Key to ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of renewable energy assets is a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities that meet plant availability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule routine maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to align planning efforts and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare detailed work packages including procedures, materials, and isolation requirements.
- Review and enhance planning processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on planning and scheduling matters.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent knowledge of planning and scheduling systems and maintenance practices.
- Great communicator with the ability to deliver clear, timely information.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and Prometheus (or similar systems).
- Experience in planning/scheduling within the power or heavy industrial sectors.
