Role Overview

This critical position involves heading up a team responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, optimizing processes and surpassing service standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of new clients within predefined SLAs.
  • Track recurring themes, share insights and drive improvements in onboarding and engagement through data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with internal departments to achieve SLAs and identify areas for improvement throughout the onboarding process.
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase adoption of our services.
Key Requirements
  • A natural drive to improve and take ownership of tasks, ensuring high service levels are consistently met.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills, with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Strong influencing skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
