Patient Services Manager

Your RoleAs a Patient Services Manager at City Fertility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective.
- Delegating and assigning tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Administrators.
- End of month and pre-end of month reporting.
- Managing clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI Billing, and yearly fee estimates.
- Providing quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:
- Dedicated experience in health/medical administration management.
- Tech proficiency in intermediate healthcare IT platforms.
- Industry know-how in basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly from a people management perspective.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Bi-lingual: English/Mandarin highly regarded.
- Demonstrated excellent time management.
