Patient Services Manager

City Fertility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Manager to join our team at Robina. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective.
- Delegate and assign tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators.
- Manage and mentor a team of Administrators.
- End of month and pre-end of month reporting.
- Manage clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI Billing, and yearly fee estimates.
- Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
- Dedicated experience in health/medical administration management.
- Tech proficiency in intermediate healthcare IT platforms.
- Industry know-how in basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
- Communication mastery, particularly from a people management perspective.
- Precision matters: exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical prowess: proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Bi-lingual: English/Mandarin highly regarded.
- Time management: demonstrated excellent time management.
