Process Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Maintenance Technician to join our team at Boddington in Western Australia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment in a large fixed plant process mining environment to ensure safe milling production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain equipment in the filtering, reagents, carbon in leach circuit, carbon regeneration, elution, water services, and other areas of the process plant.
  • Repair and maintain components in these areas, including operation of plant equipment such as EWP, forklift, overhead crane, dogging, basic rigging, and Hiab.
  • Perform regular PM inspections in all areas of the process plant.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve safe and efficient milling production targets.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Fitting or a Fabrication Trade Certificate with a mechanical background or aptitude.
  • A minimum of two years maintenance experience in a large process plant environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Computer skills and exposure to CMMS (SAP preferred).
  • Knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations relevant to safety and environment for the mining industry.
  • High Risk Licence: forklift, elevated work platform, dogging/rigging (preferred).
  • Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights (preferred).
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
