Site Leadership Specialist

As a construction leader with our residential home building division, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life. We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for residential home building.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for managing allocated construction projects from start to completion, ensuring effective coordination of all on-site activities
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring updates are timely and documented
- Oversee high-quality construction delivery in line with contract terms and legislative requirements
- Ensure site readiness, safety, and cleanliness at all stages of construction
We require a skilled professional with strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes efficiently. You'll need:
- A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management
- 5 years' experience within the Residential Project Home Industry
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams and contribute to business growth
