Site Reliability Specialist

This critical leadership position oversees a day shift team of multi-skilled trades responsible for breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and safety-critical work at a high-output manufacturing site.
The ideal candidate will be a trade-qualified electrician or mechanical fitter who can drive reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement during a significant site transformation.
As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will work closely with the maintenance manager to implement strategic plans and initiatives that enhance site productivity and efficiency.
