About the Opportunity:

As a highly accomplished and forward-thinking leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the South Australian site of a national provider of fresh produce.

You will work closely with the national leadership team to drive business growth, strengthen internal capability, and uphold a values-driven service commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all staff at the Adelaide site (warehouse, logistics, administration, sales), directly or indirectly.
  • Partner with the sales team to expand market share and foster customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute site-level strategic plans aligned with national goals.
  • Ensure operational excellence across order processing, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
  • Lead compliance with health and safety protocols including participation in audits and the implementation of improvement practices.
  • Monitor and investigate product wastage and manage stock adjustments.
  • Strengthen supplier and client relationships and act as a key communication bridge between the site and national management.
  • Coach, develop, and recruit high-performing staff while embedding a culture of excellence and safety.
