As a dedicated professional, you will work with clients who have experienced domestic, family, and sexual violence, developing and implementing plans to support their recovery and independence.Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive risk, safety, and needs assessments
  • Developing and implementing individual plans
  • Providing outreach support to women living in the community or transitioning from crisis accommodation
  • Supporting clients to access appropriate housing, legal, financial, and health services
  • Strengthening partnerships with other service providers to improve referral pathways
  • Advocating for clients within relevant systems
  • Participating in community engagement activities and contributing to service development
