Senior Clinician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinician to join our dynamic and integrated service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive risk assessments, adaptive safety planning, and specialist short-term therapeutic and case management services to clients who have experienced domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing adaptive safety plans for vulnerable individuals and families.
  • Delivering high-quality, short-term therapeutic interventions and case management services to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless referrals to relevant support services and resources.
Requirements
  • Advanced tertiary qualifications in Social Work, coupled with eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence, including advanced knowledge of safety planning and child protection issues.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • A commitment to trauma-informed practice and collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
