Project Change Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Project Change Management Professional to join our project and program teams in Brisbane.
This role involves identifying and escalating change issues and risks, and reporting them to the relevant teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive change impact assessments
- Managing stakeholders and recommending strategic change intervention options
- Analyzing data to inform decision-making
- Applying proven tools, techniques, and methodologies to deliver effective change management practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience in delivering complex change management projects
- Experience working with government or large complex organizations is highly desirable
- Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills
