Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team at HealthX. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partners - a leading hospital or health service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a hospital or health service setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Current AHPRA registration
- Mental Health experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritize workload
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience providing clinical, patient-centered care
- A thirst for new adventures
- Experience or background in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health would be well regarded but is not required
