Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department and associated teams. This role ensures the accurate and timely handling of data, documents, and communications, and plays a key part in coordinating student placements when supporting organizational development.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain a friendly and professional reception service for all visitors. Accurately enter data into electronic systems and databases. Perform general administrative tasks including filing, record maintenance, and office organisation. Retrieve and provide requested documents and files as needed. Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, information, and communications.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to meet administrative needs. Collate student information and support student placements at residential facilities.
  • Other Duties: Perform overlapping duties with other administrative assistants in the team as required. Support additional administrative functions aligned with departmental needs.

About You:

We are seeking an individual who can manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment. Strong commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information is essential. Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills are also required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is necessary. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are expected. Strong organisational and time management capabilities are also required.

Essential Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months).
  • Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations in accordance with policies.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment & reference check.
