We're looking for a HR Coordinator to join us for a 6-month maternity cover, starting late September. This role will focus on the administrative and recruitment side of our HR function – no strategic partnering required.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes across our venues
  • Managing HR administration, employee records, and compliance
  • Supporting minor employee relations matters
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate timesheets
  • Acting as first point of contact for HR-related queries

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in HR coordination or advisory role (hospitality experience a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in working with operational teams such as venue managers and head chefs
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (we use TANDA) and Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 preferred

The details:

3–4 days per week (flexible)

Based in Perth CBD Head Office with occasional visits to our venues

Casual or 6-month fixed-term contract available
