Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to provide centralised support to our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage data within HR systems, including position management, recruitment requisitions, and employee information.
  • Handle employee changes and generate letters in line with company standards.
  • Ensure governance controls over employment conditions and changes.
  • Perform reporting and data analytics.
Key Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant tertiary education.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software, including troubleshooting and managing system-related issues.
  • Good understanding of HR legislation and award-based requirements.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
