Our team is leading the way in our industry with a strong focus on Oncology/Haematology. As Senior Clinical Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and closeout activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support new systems/processes implementation.
  • Ensure smooth project execution at assigned trial sites.
About You

This role requires strong communication skills and customer focus. Attributes include collaboration, learning agility, resilience, change management, and an agile approach.

You will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
  • 3+ years of site experience in clinical trial monitoring.
  • Experience in early phase hematology and oncology studies preferred.
  • Proven success as a CRA.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, local laws, regulations, and protocols.
  • Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficiency in IT software and company systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
