Senior Clinical Operations Director

This pivotal role offers a rare opportunity to drive clinical innovation and operational excellence, ensuring world-class healthcare reaches every corner of NSW.


As a seasoned medical leader, you will have the chance to lead the clinical workforce within Aeromedical Operations, ensuring the delivery of contemporary, safe, and evidence-based critical care for prehospital and inter-hospital medical retrieval responses across NSW and the ACT.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical workforce within Aeromedical Operations.
  • Provide expert clinical advice to senior executives.
  • Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based work practices.
  • Forge strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Accomplished medical leader with experience managing complex clinical operations in pre-hospital and retrieval medicine and critical care settings.
  • Medical qualifications registrable with AHPRA.
  • Additional qualifications in Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, or Anaesthesia.
  • Eligibility for appointment as a Senior Staff Specialist under the Staff Specialist (State) Award.
