Facility Management Opportunity

Sanctuary Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small organisation with lots of resources and enjoy the flexibility of a variable schedule.

The successful home enjoys an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional clinical care in a homely environment. With manageable resident numbers, our staff enjoy strong relationships with residents and families.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the clinical and operational running of the home, supported by a care manager and operations manager. A previous track record of running an aged care home or as a senior Care Manager is essential.

We are looking for someone with a working knowledge of the aged care standards, current AHPRA registration as an RN, and good people management and clinical skills. Experience working in a small team environment is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the clinical and operational running of the home
  • Supporting a care manager and operations manager
  • Maintaining a high level of clinical care and meeting regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of the aged care standards
  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Good people management and clinical skills
