Michael Page is pleased to be partnering with a family-owned marketing agency to grow their dynamic product management team.

The agency works with some of the world's most renowned brands, spanning luxury cars, hotels, and airlines. This presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with global teams, with offices in New York and Dubai, where no two days are the same.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to completion, encompassing research, concept development, testing, and production to launch.
  • Regularly meet and collaborate with the product development team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure adherence to schedules, guaranteeing timely project completion.
  • Present concepts and costings to management for final decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure projects remain within budgeted costs and explore cost-saving solutions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Negotiate and communicate with existing suppliers regarding pricing, timelines, or issues, as needed.
  • Source new suppliers, both locally and internationally, to enhance the product development process.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure all products arrive in good condition, adhering to quality standards.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience using project management software, such as JIRA or similar, to streamline project execution.
  • Background in new product development, with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Experience managing and coordinating within a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
  • Proficient in creative problem-solving techniques, with a ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Practical, optimistic attitude with adept problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges.
