We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team at PCI Pharma Services. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical projects, ensuring timely completion, and providing exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Project Support: Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, ensuring project goals and objectives are met within the prescribed time frame, budget, and customer expectations.
- Task Management: Diligently manage significant matters pertaining to assigned project activities, including completion of set tasks, project documentation, and internal process management.
- Communication: Serve as the daily point of contact for internal problem-solving and trouble-shooting, working closely with internal groups, including Quality, Warehouse, Production/Labelling, and Project Managers.
- Metrics and Reporting: Create tracking tools to provide visibility for departmental completion of key documents linked to project management activities and record data for project-specific metrics.
- Invoice Processing: Assist in monthly invoice processing as required.
- Collaboration: Consult with Project Managers and PCI internal departments to work through and resolve roadblocks encountered in relation to core activities and responsibilities.
- Project Planning: Accountable for assigned project tasks using appropriate project planning tools, including creation of minutes, timelines, registers, and communication plans.
- Training and Onboarding: Provide training and onboarding for new employees within the same role as requested.
- Education: Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of related experience or training.
- Skills: Basic mathematical skills, intermediate computer skills, and minimum professional proficiency in speaking and reading.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team, display excellent time management skills, and demonstrate a willingness to make decisions.
