Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of clinical customer projects, collaborating with Project Managers and Associate Project Managers to meet project objectives within established timelines and budgets.
  • Proactively address significant project-related matters to ensure a superior customer experience, contributing to the long-term success of PCI Clinical Services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for daily internal problem-solving and troubleshooting, providing ongoing support to the project leadership team.
  • Ensure the completion of project-specific documentation in accordance with approved proposals.
  • Oversee internal processes to guarantee timely execution of project tasks.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including Quality, Warehouse, and Production, to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop tracking tools to enhance visibility regarding the completion of essential project management documents.
  • Record and analyze data related to project-specific metrics.
  • Assist with monthly invoice processing as needed.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to identify and resolve challenges impacting project objectives.
  • Accountable for assigned project tasks, utilizing project planning tools to create minutes, timelines, registers, and communication plans.
  • Support Project Managers in identifying improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings relevant to the role.
  • Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and cGCP policies and regulations applicable to clinical projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • May serve as a secondary point of contact for client communications under the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as requested.
  • This role may require additional hours or weekend work as necessary.
  • Qualifications: Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic mathematical skills and intermediate computer proficiency are required.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to changing work conditions and a commitment to professionalism and quality.
  • Positive attitude and a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
