Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Merchandising Optimisation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging technology to optimize space in stores, partnering with various teams to enhance store efficiency and customer experience through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities of the role include creating tailored store layouts using Planogram Generator, focusing on performance analysis and continuous improvement to unlock commercial opportunities, spearheading impactful and collaborative merchandising optimisation strategies across Commercial and Merchandising & Customer Value, and accountable use of our merch optimisation technology.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles or a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related subject, or equivalent professional experience. You should also have proficient understanding of Google & Microsoft systems, intermediate Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting), basic to intermediate GCP and/or SQL knowledge, and knowledgeable in agency datasets.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to bring a global business mindset, commitment to flexibility, eye for trend and design, ability to innovate and solve problems, and passion for creating better experiences together for a better tomorrow.
