Macro & Micro Space Analyst

The Macro and Micro Space Analyst is a key player in driving business success by leveraging space optimisation strategies.

  • Derive fact-based recommendations to enhance store layouts and drive sales growth.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of space optimisation projects.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic priorities for space optimisation using quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Utilising analytical tools to inform continuous improvement and recommendations on space optimisation strategy.
  • Identifying opportunities and solutions through structured analysis and problem-solving.

For this role, we are looking for an individual who can thrive in ambiguity, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and deliver meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in macro or micro space, preferably in retail or FMCG.

A strong foundation in data analysis, Excel skills, and effective communication will also be beneficial. If you are a detail-oriented individual who can draw insights from data and prioritise tasks effectively, we encourage you to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in macro or micro space
  • Experience in retail or FMCG preferred
  • Business Transformation experience is desirable

  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data
