About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier Services Officer. In this role, you will provide ongoing support to Suppliers using our in-house system CAPlink, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts and assisting Suppliers in other matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Supplier accounts using CAPlink, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Run reports to identify Suppliers who have failed to send in data, and liaise with Suppliers, Caplink Support, and internal staff to improve efficiency.
  • Update supplier details as required, and provide first contact answers and resolutions for Supplier queries.
  • Liaise with Suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the Supplier Services Manager as needed.
  • Use supplier reports to follow up on Suppliers whose sales have spiked or are in a credit balance.
  • Investigate credits on member accounts on stop credit to ensure entitlement.
  • Manipulate CSV files into correct format for computer processing, and manually process invoices and credits into Epicor as required.
  • Provide operational support to Customer Service as needed.
Requirements
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
  • Intermediate skill in the use of MS Excel.
  • One year experience in a customer service related role.
  • Prior experience with account reconciliation in a service environment where high accuracy is required.
  • Completing of Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
