
Administrative Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our administration team as an Office Support.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office management team;
- Maintain the office facilities, including catering, safe custody, reception coverage, and event organization;
- Manage operational costs, such as stationery and catering, as determined by management;
- Provide training and on-going support to new starters and existing teams;
- Coordinate security access and building passes, ensuring smooth operation during peak and off-peak times;
- Perform data entry tasks, including reconciling courier invoices and special mail requests;
- Order and restock stationery areas and printers;
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing mail, internal and external;
- Assist with general day-to-day tasks as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administration experience in a professional services or corporate environment. They must possess excellent communication and time management skills, with a focus on client service.
