Asset Portfolio Manager

About this role
The primary objective of the Asset Manager is to oversee Renewable Energy assets, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, compliance, quality and environmental performance while maximizing revenue and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Emphasis is placed on effective management of contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on Asset Management Agreements.
- Ensure asset portfolio meets grid connection agreements; O&M agreements; warranties and guarantees; power purchase agreements; and other regulatory approvals.
- Manage mobilization and transitional tasks for new projects to ensure readiness for operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and offer additional services.
- Maintain project regulatory compliance with bodies like the Australian Energy Regulator and Clean Energy Regulator.
- Participate in Board meetings as required.
- Engage extensively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Australian Wind Farm Experience (Development, Construction or Operations).
- Contract management experience.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to manage project budgets.
- Relevant qualifications/experience.
