The Job Description

As an Asset Portfolio Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for achieving higher rental yields and securing tenancy for corporate clients and individual landlords. You will be part of a strong team of managers and work processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively
  • Leverage advertising and marketing campaigns to achieve desired results
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve rental yields
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian Agents Representative Certificate
  • Currrent drivers license and reliable car
  • Professional presentation, friendly and proactive attitude
  • Williness to learn and take instructions
  • Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detailed in paperwork
