We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and enhance our market share in the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client engagement in the electrical industry, specifically transformers. They must be able to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions that best meet their requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Service Sales Manager and Front-End Sales Team to promote Digital & Service portfolio.
  • Solicit orders and analyze customers' needs to recommend solutions that best meet their requirements.
  • Be responsible for pre-bid queries and post-bid customer clarification to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in negotiations with customers on technical, contractual, and commercial content of the proposal.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of sales experience in the energy industry in areas of electrification projects, transmission & distribution, or utility/transmission developer experience.
  • A proven track record of client engagement in the electrical industry, specifically transformers.
  • Familiarity with Transformer digital solutions, especially exposure to Hitachi Energy Digital Portfolio.
