Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, design and implement business processes to enhance service and efficiency. Analyze data related to workflow, processes and reporting to assess the effectiveness of current-state business processes for Claims.

Support the design of future-state workflow design across the enterprise. Focus on engaging stakeholders, portfolio management and providing technical support for issue resolution and incident management. Ensure consistent business performance, risk management and compliance.

Lead process review and redesign to facilitate efficient and effective working methods and measure benefit realization. Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to achieve common objectives.

  • Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement future-state workflow design
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide technical support for issue resolution and incident management

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of Insurance, particularly Life Insurance. Key skills include:

  • At least 10 years' experience in Claims Management, Technical or Managerial roles within Financial Services/Insurance Industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Delivery skills
  • Relationship development and management skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to manage, lead, influence and conflict resolve with multiple stakeholders
