Job Opportunity:

We are seeking lawyers who want to be at the forefront of change in the legal industry. This role involves managing and supervising Commercial, Real Estate and Banking & Finance matters, including contract drafting, review and negotiation for valued clients.

This role offers the opportunity to think differently about how we deliver legal advice, utilising global teams, legal technology and generative AI. Your commercial curiosity and enthusiasm for technology are as important as your technical ability to manage major transactions.

You will build strong, commercial relationships with practice groups, consulting division and clients locally and globally.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' legal experience in corporate/commercial transactions
  • Experience working with contracts across various commercial activities
  • A desire to join a growing team changing the way we provide advice to clients
  • Well-developed legal skills, including drafting, negotiating, analysis and project management
  • An ability to communicate complex matters clearly and effectively
  • Experience with legal technology, including generative AI
