The Role- As a clinical leader, you will provide high-quality care and support services for our residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist residents to experience a greater level of autonomy and ensure their health and wellness are supported through evidence-based practice.
- 3+ years experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse is desirable
- Able to work flexible shifts, including night shift
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of care staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build meaningful relationships with Residents and their Families
- Strong understanding of legislative reporting requirements and ACQSC standards
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Valid working rights in Australia
