Role Overview

A high-quality clinical leadership position at a residential aged care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to the clinical and personal care teams.

About the Position

This role involves working closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes, while adhering to industry standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective clinical care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • Provide coaching and training to the clinical team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • An in-depth understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes and age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
