We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Job2Go Pty Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy pizza restaurant located in Melton South, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all food served is of excellent quality and presented in a timely manner.
  • To maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • To plan and coordinate menu development, taking into account seasonal ingredients and budget constraints.
  • To train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • To oversee all kitchen operations, including stock management and ordering.
  • To enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for menu improvement.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience as a Chef.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef who can lead our kitchen team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high-quality food standards.
