In this role, you will spearhead various responsibilities including staff training, menu development, inventory management, and maintaining stringent health and safety practices. With your extensive hospitality experience and keen eye for detail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, while also driving innovation and excellence in all facets of our culinary offerings.

**To be eligible for this position, ideally, you have the following**:
1. Diploma in the Hospitality field

2. A minimum of two years of managerial work experience in the Hospitality field

3. Adequate knowledge of all culinary dishes and best customer service standards

4. Adequate knowledge in budgeting and financial management of a Hospitality establishment

5. The position requires full-time attendance, with 38 hours/per week.

**This position has the following responsibilities and job duties**:

- Training new staff
- Analyze every day’s booking and receive all the bookings phone call
- Involve the new dishes’ decision and making
- Identify and estimate quantities of foods, raw materials, and supplies to be ordered
- Maintain cordial relationships with customers and staff
- Update and use job-related knowledge
- Schedule staff work hours and activities
- Evaluate health and safety practices against OHS standards
- Organize, plan and prioritize day-to-day operations
- Make decisions and solve problems concerning menus and staff
- Judge the quality of food, preparation, and job applicants
- Process and analyse budgeting information
- Record information about inventory and occupational health practices
- Handle food, utensils and bookkeeping materials
- Monitor food preparation and cleaning methods
- Implement ideas or products
- Gather relevant information from customers, employees and inventory records
- Inspect equipment and food deliveries
- Monitor and oversee purchases, menus, staff and payroll
- Coordinate the work activities of staff
- Organise special functions and party gatherings

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
