Enterprise Systems Specialist

This role involves overseeing the dependability and performance of enterprise systems, particularly PeopleSoft.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive System Resilience: Collaborate with engineering teams, product units, and PeopleSoft application support to enhance system dependability and performance across environments.
- Automation Champion: Design and implement robust automation solutions to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response for PeopleSoft systems, minimizing manual intervention in repetitive support tasks and increasing system reliability.
- Infrastructure Management: Apply knowledge of infrastructure management tools like Terraform and Ansible to manage infrastructure consistently across systems. Enable automated provisioning and scaling of PeopleSoft environments, ensuring repeatable and predictable deployments.
- Critical Path Optimization: Enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines to accelerate deployments of PeopleSoft updates and patches while maintaining high system reliability and security standards.
- System Observability: Integrate PeopleSoft applications with observability tools to monitor system health, application performance, and user experience. Build dashboards and automated checks that provide actionable insights into system status and application uptime.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a digital vision and contribute significantly to the PeopleSoft ecosystem and beyond. You will also mentor colleagues and contribute to the technical community, drive adoption of modern practices, and innovate in applying AI/ML to digital operations and user experience.
About You:- A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience should include system administration, application support, or infrastructure management in enterprise environments preferably with exposure to ERP systems such as PeopleSoft.
