**Enterprise Application Professional Role**We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Application Professional to join our team. This role will involve working with enterprise software systems to troubleshoot errors, identify security and efficiency issues, and develop solutions to ensure optimal system performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting system errors and diagnosing and solving issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Proactively identifying security and efficiency issues and developing solutions to ensure the system is being used to its full capacity.
  • Executing scheduled maintenance and upgrades to ensure increased usability for end users.
  • Acting as an escalation point for ERP issues, to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Sharing knowledge and providing quality assurance on procedural documentation to develop the wider team's skills.
  • Providing guidance to ERP system users to ensure optimal usage and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborating with Department Heads to gain a thorough understanding of how their department functions from a procedural perspective, to explore opportunities for improvement.
  • Testing and implementing process improvements, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are trained on new processes.
  • Monitoring system performance and the changing needs of functional users to determine when current processes require updates.
Requirements:**
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP systems development, ideally in AX, with a demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused and enjoy helping others.
  • Thrives in an energetic environment, and works well within a team.
