Job Opportunity: Enterprise Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of the Platform Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing configuration solutions to support the provisioning of servers and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing administration, design, implementation, and support tasks within the context of Platform Development and administration.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults with ICT services, including Endpoint Provisioning, Deployment, Active Directory, Group Policy, and cloud technologies.
  • Consulting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documenting systems, workflows, and user guides according to Departmental templates and standards.
  • Contributing towards required documentation for project delivery items within Platform Development.
  • Providing training and mentoring to peers in technical processes.
  • Aligning work practices to the Department's ITIL processes, including Change, Incident, and Problem management.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Directory, Group Policy experience.
  • Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS, and PaaS.
  • Microsoft Windows image development expertise.
  • IT Security and Practices knowledge.
  • Current Windows Server and Workstation operating systems administration experience.
  • Apple iOS/iPadOS management experience.
  • Scripting technologies, such as AppleScript and PowerShell.
  • Structured troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
