Accounts Receivable and Payroll Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivable (weekly) and Payroll (fortnightly), end to end for up to 500 staff, working closely with the Financial Controller and Accountant.
We have a custom-built integrated timesheeting system that connects directly to our payroll system. We currently use Xero for all other finance functions across the business.
This role is permanent, full-time, and based out of our Head Office in Ryde, with plenty of parking and close proximity to public transport.
RequirementsStrong background in transactional finance functions (AP, AR), medium volume.
Previous experience in high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing (500+ employees).
Strong capability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
Will to step outside comfort zone when it comes to learning new things.
Previous experience with Xero ideal.
Excellent communication skills.
