Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Paediatric Surgery team.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, high-level organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role
  1. Provide executive level administrative support to the Committee of Paediatric Surgery.
  2. Maintain accurate records of clinical and assessment requirements.
  3. Identify and assign important issues for discussion.
  4. Prepare and maintain records and correspondence.
  5. Accurately report data and information to external and internal bodies.
Key Responsibilities

The Support Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Drafting reports and correspondence.
  • Maintaining records.
  • Coordinating meetings.
  • Providing advice on policies and procedures.
